Payment Policy
Payment information, such as credit card number and expiration date, is entered when making a donation or paying for a conference, professional education or an event. Should you have any questions regarding your payment contact us for customer service at 201-843-7400. The Northern NJ Maternal/Child Health Consortium uses Authorize.net as a third-party intermediary to process your online donations and payments. Your credit card information is encrypted when submitted to the processor and transmitted over a secure connection between your computer and our server using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard, to ensure protection of your private information. This sensitive personal information is not shared with third parties other than the processor.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the conference, event or fundraiser for which payment is being made. The full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Those who paid by check will be refunded by check. No credits / refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the conference, event, or fundraiser. All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax 201-843-4988 or regular mail and include the payees name, address, and phone number.

In order to further our mission we offer a feature on our web site that enables you to refer friends to our website. This feature requires that you enter your name and email address and the name and email address of the recipient(s). The Northern NJ Maternal/Child Health Consortium stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
